    heeey, people, i need help; every time i'm doing workouts with Tiffany i feel sharp pain in stomach and back, especially in right and left side. am i doing something wrong? i don't know how i should breath (i'm doing workouts with Mel B and i don't have this problem), maybe it's the point. someone had the same problem?

    3 times ?? in a row?? damn… doing 2-3 10 minutes xhit workout videos is easier than doing this once :O i'm amazed !! i had so much trouble keeping up the pace and wasn't doing the movements quite right… it motivates me to get better at it even more !!!

    For anyone wondering if her workouts are effective or not, I can 100% say that THEY ARE ! I have been doing her videos on and off for the last year and saw great results. I stopped doing them once school started and started doing them again about 2.5 weeks ago. I AM AMAZED AT MY RESULTS ALREADY!!! lve lost 2 inches off my waist which was my goal by the end of the month! Im even more motivated and know that ill get to my goal waist (28in currently at 30in) in the next two weeks or so ! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 You honestly dont need a gym to see results guys, dont let social media fool you into thinking that ! With proper diet, lots of water and these workouts, you will see results in NO TIME ! Thank you sooo much Tiffany ! ❤️❤️❤️
