Post-Op VSG Surgery: Three Years – The Life of Maintenance, Chronic Health Issues, and Life Stuff

I had weight loss surgery (vertical sleeve gastrectomy) in January 2015. My highest weight was 345lb. My current weight is 206lb. I am 5’8″ tall.

I had my excess skin removed on August 25, 2016. I had a tummy tuck with abdomen repair, breast lift, and liposuction.

So fun to see your update. I just hit 3 years out last month. Here’s to continued healthy living!👊🏼
Food sensitivities make a big impact on health. It’s great you’ve found the root of your migraines. Hoping 2018 is a great one for you. 🎉

Holy cow, I've been suffering from migraines since my teens, but have never even thought about allergy testing. I'm so going to pursue that! Thank you! 🌺

Glad they figured out what was causing the migraines. Hard to imagine they have been happening all your life and just now they decided it came from something you eat. But lets be real, debilitating pain is no excuse not to go to they gym, suck it up;) I think this has been a shitty year for many of us, you are in good company. I hope this coming year is better on all fronts. BTW, have you watched the Great British Baking Show? Such a good show.
