However, the Fenty Beauty inclusion doesn’t stop there.
Krystal Robertson, a woman with albinism who’s had trouble finding the right foundation shades in the past, recently went viral with her post on finding a matching Fenty shade for her skin tone. “@fentybeauty I’m freaking out!!! #110 #PerfextMatch,” she wrote on her Instagram post. “#WhatSkin!!!! …rethinking all the times I ended up orange. its a new world great job @badgalriri. #AlbinoMatch.” The coolest part is, the color she’s holding, #110, isn’t even the lightest shade.
Besides just the Instagram post, Krystal also posted a rave review in the Facebook group BeautyBook. It was so heart warming, that the Facebook post got a shoutout from Rihanna herself. The singer shared a snap shot of Krystal’s post on her Instagram story with a heart emoji. The love doesn’t stop there. Fenty Beauty also shared it on their brand’s Instagram story with the hashtag “#THENEWGENERATIONOFBEAUTY.”
Robertson isn’t the only one who’s happy to have found a matching light shade. Frey Prevett wrote a Facebook review of the lightest shade, #100. She gave it a 9/10, writing, “this is the first ever foundation I’ve had that matches the colour of my neck!”
